The HTS-200 from MPEYE is a 5GB hard drive MP3 player and claims to be the smallest hard drive MP3 player currently available. The HTS-200 weighs only 72 grams and measures 70 x 43 x 18 mm. The casing is aluminium and has an internal shock absorbing layer of rubber.
Music formats supported are MP3, WMA, ASF, WAV and OGG. Photographs can be displayed in JPEG format on the 128 x 80 pixel full color LCD screen. The built in lithium polymer battery charges in 2 hours and gives around 18 hours of battery life.
Reviews of the player have been agreeable. There does seem to be an issue with the older firmware supplied with the players but version 2.92 seems to fix the problems the earlier version caused. For new players make sure you get a player with a least firmware version 2.92.
